Additional Class A office space coming to downtown
The Stratford Company recently announced that they will be converting two historic buildings downtown into Class A office space.

The Washington Building, 766 Commerce St., will undergo a major renovation of the lobby, an enhancement to the street-side exterior and elevator upgrades. The Washington Building also recently attracted a new tenant, Sterling Financial Corporation, which will occupy one floor of the building.

Old City Hall, 625 S. Commerce St., is one of Tacoma’s most prominent landmarks and will transform into spacious office floors with traditional brick interiors and grand archways.

For more information about these projects, visit the Stratford Company Web site.
