Landmark Group closes on Dome District property Landmark Group closes on Dome District property A developer from Winston-Salem, N.C., The Landmark Group, closed yesterday on the 725 E. 25th St. property, home to the Spring Air Mattress Factory building, next to the Tacoma Dome Station. Landmark is planning to build 150 market rate condominiums, fronting Puyallup Avenue, in phase one of their development.
