This Panama City-based company has grown from a small local environmental firm to one of the premier emergency response and environmental service contractors in the country.

Florida Gas Transmission’s delivery capacity into Florida would increase by up to 1 billion cubic feet per day.

The joint meetings will combine safety briefings by The Pipeline Group, the most recognized name in pipeline public awareness, and information about one-call regulations and processes from TESS, the damage prevention authority in the state of Texas.

Boardwalk is now able to make deliveries to both Destin Pipeline, which will provide its customers enhanced access to markets in Florida, and Transcontinental Pipeline Company's Station 85 in Choctaw County, Alabama.

Company hopes to break ground on the facility in the first quarter of 2009 and be ready to operate by 2012.

The House Subcommittee on Railroads, Pipeline and Hazardous Materials held a hearing on June 25 to receive testimony from federal government witnesses on the progress in implementing the Pipeline Inspection, Protection, Enforcement, and Safety Act of 2006.

PHMSA notice requests that any hazardous liquid pipeline operator intending to run ethanol or biofuel batch tests via pipeline voluntarily provide 60 days advance notice to PHMSA.
