FEPA's Founders, Chris and Audrey Jensen
Chris Jensen Sr. and his spouse, Audrey Jensen, were founding members of the Florida Energy Pipeline Association in 1989. Mr. Jensen served the Florida energy pipeline industry for more than 40 years, including as executive director of FEPA from its inception until his death in 2003.

Carter to Become Chairman of PSC
The Florida Public Service Commission announced that Matthew M. Carter II will assume chairmanship of the PSC at the Jan. 8 agenda conference. His installation is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. at the Betty Easley Conference Center, Joseph P. Cresse Hearing Room (Room 148), 4075 Esplanade Way, Tallahassee.
The PSC regulates utilities in areas of rate base and competitive market oversight and monitors safety, reliability and service.
