Workshops in September on Execution and Leadership

Executing for Sustainable High Performance
Research shows that less than half of all organization strategies are actually implemented. This workshop focuses on deploying your organization’s strategy for sustainable high performance. 

Leading High Performance
Effective leaders use approaches and engage in behaviors that create the most sustainable, high-performing organization possible. In this workshop you will learn the key leadership elements to focus on as you maximize value for multiple stakeholders. 

This half-day workshop on execution on September 15 from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. will help you:

·         Address three key areas: the enterprise as a system; planning for strategy deployment; and managing   deployment and execution.

·         Learn how to prioritize change initiatives and track progress using a “stop light” scorecard for planning, deployment, and process management.

·         Understand how to utilize a comprehensive enterprise scorecard – including a leader scorecard.

This half-day workshop on leadership will help you:
·         Understand the five dimensions of the Framework for Leading Organizational Transformation and your roles and responsibilities in leading transformation.
·         Assess your leadership behaviors and approaches.
·         Learn how to leverage the forces of change.
