"Green in Action" is a new program the first Wednesday of the month for Chamber and ClimateWise members to learn more about green topics. Each 45-minute educational program will feature hands-on, easy-to-use information and insights.

On Wednesday, John Phelan and Kelley Gonzales with Fort Collins Utilities will present "Business Efficiency Programs," discussing the many cash incentives available for upgrades and improvements that make efficiency changes to building that save money and lower electric bills.

Cash incentives are available for upgrades that reduce electric demand and energy use including lighting; air conditioning; motors; mechanical equipment; building system tune-ups; building windows; insulation and roofing; kitchen, laundry and grocery equipment; toilets and faucets; landscape irrigation equipment; and custom projects for efficiency upgrades to facility operations.
