Frequently Asked Questions
Which format will subscribers receive by default: HTML or Plain Text?
If not otherwise specified, the format preference for each subscriber is Unspecified. This means when the newsletter email is sent it is delivered using a multi-part format that includes both a plain text and an HTML version. If the subscriber's email client program supports HTML, the HTML version will be displayed. If the email program does not support HTML or their mail gateway does not allow HTML to pass through, the plain text version will be received.

Introducing A New Look For Your eNewsBuilder Account
The New UI and What it Means for You

eNewsBuilder is in the process of releasing a new User Interface(UI) over the coming weeks. Some of you may already be using this new user interface(UI) with new and easy to use navigation. In the October eBulletin we will discuss the details of this change in greater detail and what it means for your account.

The New UI now includes a Framed Preview. See a preview of the new look by clicking the thumbnail to the right. This new Framed Preview allows you to immediately see the issue you have selected, right from the Main Menu. In addition to this new preview function you will also see that the navigation has changed. The new navigation simply lists all of the main functions of your account within the navigation at the left of the page; this new navigation makes finding what you're looking for faster and easier.
