From Microsoft Word to eNews Builder
Easily convert content created in Word into your e-newsletter
There are several methods that can be used to transfer formatted content from Microsoft Word into the eNews Builder system.
The easiest and fastest method is to upload the Word document directly and have the system convert the document (and all of its embedded images) into an HTML equivalent. This is done by clicking the Upload… buttons on the Article Entry page.

When is an email considered "open"?
An open depends on the configuration of the recipient's email program and how they review their email. If the program is configured to use a Preview Pane (like Outlook or Outlook Express), then when a message is highlighted in the Message List, the email will be automatically displayed and will be tracked as "open".
