How do I email the newsletter for review without making it public?
Under [Issue Properties] change the status of the issue you want to send for review from 'Approved' to 'Pending'. Then post the newsletter to the Web. This will prevent anyone from seeing it unless they have an email with a link to it. When you are ready to publish the newsletter to everyone, remember to change the status back to 'Approved'. Don't forget to repost your newsletter before you send the live version.
