The Standard Email Header
Add text to the top of every outgoing email message.

This feature allows you to define a standard header that will appear at the top of any outgoing email sent from your account. You can specify both plain text and HTML versions of this content. This header will only appear in email messages and not on any micro-site pages.

To specify Standard Email Headers, go to Publishing Options and find the Standard Email Header prompt under Email Options. Enter both plain text and HTML versions of the header in the boxes supplied and then select 'Yes' at the 'Display the standard email header' prompt.

The Standard Email Header is ideal for adding text to your emails that provides subscribers instruction on how to opt-out of the newsletter or a request to have them add your email address to an address book. Here are a few examples using our email address, you should use your email address you put in the from field when sending your newsletter:

Example 1:
Make sure you don't miss out on our emails, add news@enewsbuilder.com to your address book now. To unsubscribe, please click the link at the bottom of this message.

Example 2:
To ensure you receive our newsletter, please add news@enewsbuilder.com to your address book. Need help? Click Here

Example 3:
To help make sure the Spam controls used by your ISP or IT department do not interrupt the delivery of this free newsletter, please add news@enewsbuilder.com to your address book or click here and send an empty email to this address.

This text can also include personalization tokens as well as dynamic content (using display rules).
