How do I Copy and Paste Previous Articles into a new issue?
To get an article used in one issue to appear in another specific issue, copy the article into the "content clipboard" and paste it into a new article. Here is how to do it:
- Go to the Main Menu.
- Select the issue containing the article you want to use.
- Click Articles to go to the Article Overview page.
- To the right of the article you want to copy, click the Copy icon. This will add the article to the Content Clipboard. A pop-up window will appear to show you the contents of the clipboard.
- Go back to the Main Menu and select the issue that will contain the copy of this article.
- Go to the Article Overview and click the Paste icon located on the upper right of the page.
- If there is more than one article in the Content Clipboard you will be asked to select which article you would like to paste.
- The article entry page will appear containing the contents of the original article. Make any edits as needed and then click Save.
