New list selector allows greater flexibility when choosing sub-lists

The List Selector is a pop-up window that is available wherever one or more sub-lists are to be specified. To open the List Selector, click the up arrow icon [^] to the right of the list specifier.

This pop-up shows all available sub-lists in an expanding folder tree. Each sub-list is represented by a folder icon. Sub-lists that contain one or more child lists are indicated by the small [+] icon to the left of the folder.

The List Selector lets more than one sub-list be chosen at the same time. To select a sub-list, check the box next to the folder icon. For example, if you have selected sub-list A and sub-list B, the selector assumes that subscribers who are on either sub-list will be selected. The subscriber can be either on sub-list A OR sub-list B OR on both sub-lists. This default, however, can be changed to mean subscribers in sub-list A AND sub-list B at the same time.

NOTE: Even though a subscriber can be on more than one sub-list, operations that combine more than one sub-list will use each subscriber record only once. In other words, if an email is sent to sub-list A and sub-list B, a subscriber that appears in both of these lists will only receive a single email message.
