View complete and detailed bounce history for a subscriber
A new Bounce History report is available. This screen itemizes each bounced message for an individual subscriber, and displays the reason each was returned. This report is accessible from the Bounce Manager or by clicking the bounce indicator next to a subscriber record shown on the Browse Subscriber page.
After reviewing this information, you can then use the Update Subscriber section to modify/correct the email address and clear the bounce history. If there is no logical correction to be made, the subscriber can be removed from the account, and remembered as opt-out.
This is an excellent way to review the bounces that inevitably occur when managing an email subscriber list. It allows you to gather the information you need on an individual basis to decide the best course of action in response to undelivered email.
