Where do new subscriber records go?

When you start collecting new subscribers through the subscribe box you place on your Web site or in your newsletter, the subscriber data is captured and placed into the subscriber database in your account.

If no designation is made, the subscriber will be added to your account but will not be assigned to any particular sub-list. In the subscriber list summary on the Subscriber Overview page, these subscribers will be counted in the "Not in any list" category.

To assign a new subscriber to a particular list, go to the Subscription Builder (from the Main Menu)and select a sub-list from the "Sub-List and Source Code Assignment" section.

To move a subscriber that is not on any list to a specific sub-list, use the Search and Manage Subscribers page, accessible from the Subscribers menu.
