The knowledge base is a collection of articles that address common questions and provide more detailed technical information. You can browse the knowledge base by category or you can enter one or more keywords that you are looking for.
To access the knowledge base click on Knowledge Base from the Help menu, or go to the URL: http://knowledge.enewsbuilder.net from any Web browser.
When searching for particular keywords, use the 'AND' and 'OR' operators to search for multiple keywords and surround literal text phrases with double quotes (e.g., "email marketing" will find articles about email marketing instead of articles that are just about email or just about marketing).
