As we considered ways to improve the user experience, we realized that one important factor was the number of clicks it took to get work done. In addition, we realized a better structural organization was needed for all of the key features and by grouping them together in related categories, we could make them easier to find.
This work has resulted in the new pull down menu system you can see today. The pull-down menu provides an intuitive navigation system that is reminiscent of traditional Windows desktop software. It should decrease the amount of clicks it takes to get from one place to another in the software.
To use the menus: Click the menu name once within the menu bar to drop down the list of menu items. Move your cursor over the menu bar to see each menu. Move the cursor highlight down the menu list and click once on the menu item you would like to select.
