As a grandmother and advocate of wellness and health freedom, I am deeply concerned about the negative effects of vaccinations.  For years, it has been reported that the rise in autism, learning disabilities and food allergies came at the same time that more vaccinations were being given to our children.  Like many, I have wondered, “what is the relationship?”
 
Last month I was exposed to an answer from a uniquely qualified Canadian physician devoted to neuro-behavioral and neuro-cognitive research.  Dr. Andrew Moulden, BrainGuardMD.com, has looked deeply into the issues associated with immune system hyper-stimulation brought on by vaccinations. He shows that all vaccinations cause impaired blood flow to the brain and body.  These can and do cause small strokes.  These mini-strokes explain the rise in autism, learning disabilities, dementia, Attention Deficit Disorders and Gulf War Syndrome. I not only believe in what Dr. Moulden has researched (and can graphically show any interested person through photographs) but believe that we should respond to his red alert as quickly as possible, and consider alternatives to vaccination.
 
One of the best ways of educating oneself about the Swine Flu, the real issues at hand, and how to protect yourself without the vaccine: Watch Russell Blaylock, MD (neurosurgeon) on four YouTube presentations highlighted on www.mercola.com.  He speaks in language we can all understand and it’s firmly grounded in science.
 
Briefly, as of September 21, 2009:
·        The Center of Disease Control has reported the swine flu is not as challenging to the health of human beings as the seasonal flu that streams through our communities every cold season.   The swine flu is less communicable, incurs fewer hospitalizations and fewer deaths. What CBS News calls the “garden variety” flu every year kills 1200-1800 Americans.  We have not called it a pandemic and forced immunization, or set up quarantine camps.
·        The government and national news agencies are inflating the statistics of how virulent the swine flu is and how it will affect the population.
·        Regular safety precautions have been dismissed and the testing “fast-tracked”. Testing on children has not been even started as of September 20, 2009.
·        Short term testing has been done on healthy adults. We don’t know what will happen to those whose immune systems are already compromised, those  with multiple illnesses, infants with immature immune systems, people already hospitalized. We don’t know how the vaccines will effect those already on prescription drugs. There may be dangerous and unknown drug interactions.
·        The contents of the vaccines are not reported in the containers in which they are delivered.  The contents may vary but not be recorded in the packaging.
·         The vaccines are contaminated with other viruses as a by-product of the production process.  These other viruses can be passed on for generations eventually causing diverse kinds of degenerative diseases.
·        The vaccines contain preservatives likely to include Thiomersal*, which contains mercury and has been banned in all of Europe and many states in the USA because of its proven detrimental effects on the brain.
·         Side effects of the vaccines are not known and thus you will not be informed by your physician about side effects and how to manage them.
·        Vaccine manufacturers are exempt from any legal liability for damage or death from these dangerous, uninsurable drugs.
·        The US Government tests do not use a vaccine including all the ingredients representative of the vaccines that will be given to the public.  It is unclear if anyone is doing objective tests outside of the companies who stand to gain the most by selling the vaccinations. 
·        The U.S. has ordered 195 million doses of 15 micrograms. The new H1N1 vaccine is being manufactured at a cost of one billion dollars (paid to the pharmaceutical companies by the taxpayers). The vaccinations begin in mid-October. The drug companies stand to make billions of dollars for unproven, untested, and possibly forced medication on the entire population.

There will be at least six different Swine Flu vaccines from different companies. Very disturbing news from Leicester, England and from the US dosage trials this week made it clear that they were already testing a squalene adjuvenated vaccine by Novartis. In Leicester the tests were on 100 healthy people whose antibody production was so enormous that they were only going to need one shot of the vaccine.  The government was, of course, trumpeting this as a victory when, in reality, such a tremendous immune response to the immune system irritant (which is what an adjuvant is) bodes very, very ill for the people whose bodies have responded with such vigor.

Indeed, in the event of a civil uprising, the laws have been changed in North America such that the American military can come into Canada to quell civil up-risings. Once martial law is called, or a global pandemic is called, the individual citizen no longer has any rights, they must receive the vaccinations, else be deemed a threat to national security and public health.

The Massachusetts state legislature is viewing a new "pandemic response bill" that will give broad new powers to state authorities. The bill will allow them to forcefully quarantine citizens in the event of a "health emergency", force health providers to vaccinate citizens, permit forceful entry into private residencies, and impose fines and imprisonment to those who are not in compliance.
The bill, "Pandemic Response Bill 2028," was passed through the Massachusetts state Senate on April 28th. If passed in the House, the bill will enable authorities to do the following in the event that the governor declares an emergency:

• to require the owner or occupier of premises to permit entry into, and investigation of the premises;
• to close, direct, and compel the evacuation of, or to decontaminate or cause to be decontaminated any building or facility, and to allow the reopening of the building or facility when the danger has ended;
• to decontaminate or cause to be decontaminated, or to destroy any material;
• to restrict or prohibit assemblages of persons;
• to require a health care facility to provide services or the use of its facility, or to transfer the management and supervision of the health care facility to the department or to a local public health authority;
• to control ingress to and egress from any stricken or threatened public area, and the movement of persons and materials within the area;
• to adopt and enforce measures to provide for the safe disposal of infectious waste and human remains, provided that religious, cultural, family, and individual beliefs of the deceased person shall be followed to the extent possible when disposing of human remains, whenever that may be done without endangering the public health;
• to procure, take immediate possession from any source, store, or distribute any anti-toxins, serums, vaccines, immunizing agents, antibiotics, and other pharmaceutical agents or medical supplies located within the commonwealth as may be necessary to respond to the emergency;
• to require in-state health care providers to assist in the performance of vaccination, treatment, examination, or testing of any individual as a condition of licensure, authorization, or the ability to continue to function as a health care provider in the commonwealth;
• to waive the commonwealth's licensing requirements for health care professionals with a valid license from another state in the United States or whose professional training would otherwise qualify them for an appropriate professional license in the commonwealth;
• to allow for the dispensing of controlled substance by appropriate personnel consistent with federal statutes as necessary for the prevention or treatment of illness;
• to authorize the chief medical examiner to appoint and prescribe the duties of such emergency assistant medical examiners as may be required for the proper performance of the duties of office;
• to collect specimens and perform tests on any animal, living or deceased;
• to exercise authority under sections 95 and 96 of chapter 111;
• to care for any emerging mental health or crisis counseling needs that individuals may exhibit, with the consent of the individuals

 
The bill essentially authorizes Marshall Law for state authorities. Under the declaration of a health emergency, officials are allowed "arrest without warrant any person whom the officer has probable cause to believe has violated an order for isolation or quarantine and shall use reasonable diligence to enforce such order. Any person who knowingly violates an order for isolation or quarantine shall be punished by imprisonment of not more than 30 days and may be subject to a civil fine of not more than $1,000 per day that the violation continues."
 
Massachusetts, however, is not the only state to be imposing such laws; other states on a similar bandwagon include: Florida, Iowa, North Carolina, and Washington.
 
The possibility now of a mandatory vaccine program is eerily high. According to Barbara Loe Fischer, president of the National Vaccine Information Center (NVIC), public health doctors have convinced lawmakers to pass legislation that allows state officials to investigate, quarantine, and vaccinate citizens without their consent, and also prohibit them from free assembly. This is a scary notion, especially considering the fact that the novel swine flu vaccine has been on a fast-track for production and has not had to undergo the normal requirements for FDA testing. The likelihood that the vaccine is more dangerous than the virus itself is very good, especially when looking back towards the outcome of the swine flu vaccination program implemented in 1976. Fischer warns that people need to educate themselves on the vaccine, the virus, and all of the potential risks associated with both.
Your liberties are in a potentially dangerous land of limbo at this moment. Steps have been made to implement these obviously unconstitutional laws in place in the name of public safety.

Prevent Forced Mandatory Swine Flu Vaccinations


The World Health Organization (WHO) declared a "Level 6" pandemic in mid-June, 2009. The CDC and WHO are now predicting that the H1N1 "Swine Flu" will be back this fall in a new and deadly form. 
They also say that a new vaccine will be ready for deployment at the very time when the H1N1 Pandemic virus circulates around the globe and are proposing universal (mandatory) vaccination, starting with our most vulnerable: the very young and the very old. At the July 9, 2009 "flu summit," the President stated: "We want to make sure that we are not promoting panic... the most important thing ...is to make sure that state and local officials prepare now to implement a vaccination program in the fall..."
 
You Could be Jailed for Refusing Swine Flu
and Regular Flu Vaccinations…and that’s no hogwash
 
It appears as though individual states will choose whether vaccination will be mandatory.  However…
The United States Emergency Medical Powers Acts and Federal legislation, including the Patriot Acts I, II and III, BARDA and others provide for mandatory vaccination or drugging.  No exemptions (religious or otherwise) are provided.  Those who refuse will be classified as felons at the State level, subject to immediate incarceration and quarantine of indefinite length in jails or other facilities reserved for such "vaccine refusers." Those who refuse at the Federal level will be subject to immediate incarceration and quarantine of indefinite length, probably in FEMA camps set up across the US.
 
That means that untested, potentially lethal vaccines and dangerous drugs could be forced upon people who do not wish them and who would face incarceration or worse if they choose not to accept them.  The CDC has said that … that there would be "a certain amount of human wastage". 
 
It is urgent to get the Self-Shielding Bill introduced into the House now, while there might be time to do something to save the lives of the potential recipients of the blessings of our Constitutional form of government. We need all of you to make sure your Representatives know you want to prevent the use of any Federal funds, agents or assets to remove Americans by force from their homes in the event of a declared pandemic.

Thiomersal is very toxic by inhalation, ingestion, and in contact with skin (EC hazard symbol T+), with a danger of cumulative effects. It is also very toxic to aquatic organisms and may cause long-term adverse effects in aquatic environments (EC hazard symbol N).^[8] In the body, it is metabolized or degraded to ethylmercury (C₂H₅Hg⁺) and thiosalicylate.^[2]
Few studies of the toxicity of thiomersal in humans have been performed. Animal experiments suggest that thiomersal rapidly dissociates to release ethylmercury after injection; that the disposition patterns of mercury are similar to those after exposure to equivalent doses of ethylmercury chloride; and that the central nervous system and the kidneys are targets, with lack of motor coordination being a common sign. Similar signs and symptoms have been observed in accidental human poisonings.
(One part per billion of mercury is highly toxic to the body.  Analogy: put one grain of salt in a swimming pool and just that small amount would poison the whole pool.)
