Sierra Sky Ranch Finishes Major Room Renovation!
Ted Roach one of the property owners and the general manager of Sierra Sky Ranch, announced the completion of a $140,000.00 dollar upgrade to bring central air conditioning and heating into the 100 + year old historic ranch.
Ted raved about the excellent job Mountain Aire Heating and Air Conditioning and Northwestern Electric did installing the system that now delivers heat and air into all of the hotel rooms as well as the restaurant and saloon. Both companies are local, and Ted said not only were their bids competitive, both companies have been efficient, professional, and have provided state of the art equipment and service. Ted went on to say how important it is to him to have someone he can call and they will be there right away. He has already seen how quick they respond. He did have a question, and Mountain Aire was out to see him within a few hours of Ted phoning.
Each room has their own thermostat, allowing guests to set their own level of comfort. Ted says he loves his clientele. One of his favorite things is to see how quickly guests relax. The first day people will show up to breakfast all dressed up, groomed and ready for the day. Day two, they show up to breakfast in their pajama’s, relaxed, no worries, and completely at home!
The Oakhurst Area Chamber of Commerce would like to take this opportunity to congratulate Sierra Sky Ranch on their continued success. The Chamber E-Newsletter is published on the first and third Wednesday of the month. The deadline (to ensure your submissions makes it in time) is the Wednesday prior to the publish date. NOTE: We reserve the right to edit material submitted to the Chamber.
