Sending emails is becoming more and more complicated as we are inundated with unsolicited spam. New laws now prohibit much or our correspondence by classifying our own emails as spam. Remember if you are sending an email to several clients, customers, or potential customers at one time, you need to have their permission first, and then all of your emails need to have an “opt out” option. All email addresses need to be blind and not visible in a “cc” or in the body of the email.
