Responding quickly to the needs of our customers has always been a part of Compuquip’s mission. And to better serve our ever-expanding customer base in Palm Beach County and northern Broward County, we have opened an office in Boca Raton.

Located in the Research Park on the main campus of Florida Atlantic University, “Compuquip North” will serve as both a sales office and a hub for our technicians who work with and support the IT needs of customers in the area.

“We’re committed to providing South Florida companies with the IT products and services they need,” said Alberto Dosal, Compuquip's president and CEO. “Boca Raton is an ideal location for a new office because of its proximity to our growing customer base in Palm Beach County and northern Broward.”

The office uses VPN technology to securely expand the Compuquip data network. It is equipped with state-of-the-art Voice-Over-IP technology that enables our Miami-based employees to log in at any Boca Raton workstation and have their telephone extensions ring in our north office. This means our customers can use the same telephone numbers that they already have to reach our team members.

“We don’t just sell this technology, we live it,” said Compuquip’s vice president and general manager, Tom Ewing, who oversaw the technical aspects of the office opening.
