Linda Carter has over twenty-five years experience in the training and development of managers, supervisors, sales and marketing teams, customer service professionals, human resource specialists, hourly employees and facilitating train the trainer certifications.
One of her greatest expertise is helping people successfully transcend through behavioral change and achieve measurable results in personal and organizational leadership.
A strategic thinker, Linda has proven results in working with upper level management and business owners in developing and implementing strategies for success. Utilizing her skills in organizational development, she has served firms large and small, nationally and internationally in their pursuit of greater levels of success through effective strategic planning and implementation.
Linda is a published author in many national publications and professional journals in the areas of organization and human resource development, industry-specific issues, and other subjects addressing the emerging changes in business and industry.
She was educated at the University of Houston in Psychology and Organizational Development. She has been the principal of Resource Management Associates since 1983.
