Chairman's Message: Exciting Times...
These are exciting times for the Dallas CPA Society! The DCPAS is a founding co-sponsor (with the Financial Executives Institute and the Association for Corporate Growth) of the inaugural Dallas Business Journal CFO of the Year Awards occurring on October 30, 2008, from 11:15am to 1:30pm at the Westin Galleria Hotel. We have been working with the DBJ for over a year planning this event. The DBJ closed nominations on July 25, 2008. The DBJ has received a record number of nominations that has exceeded all expectations! The number of nominations exceeded any market in the U.S. for this type of awards event. We are elated to be a co-founder of an event honoring some of the best CFOs in the country!

The inaugural CFO of the Year Awards, in association with the Dallas Business Journal, ACG Dallas/Fort Worth and FEI, will be held on October 30, 2008, at the Westin Galleria Hotel. Other sponsors include Weaver and Tidwell, Marsh, Robert Half, and ViewPoint Bank.
This recognition will be given to financial professionals in the Dallas/Fort Worth area for outstanding performance in their roles as corporate financial stewards.

Important Parking Information for TSCPA and Dallas CPA Society Seminar Attendees
Please note that all seminar attendees are required to park on the top level of the parking garage which is designated guest parking. Guest parking in front of the building is not open to seminar participants.
Entrance to the 5th floor guest parking is located at the East end of the parking garage next to Benihana’s. Thank you for your compliance with the building rules.
