Goodluck to Corey!
This comes with bittersweet emotions from all of us here at 3030. It is time that Corey take on his new role and responsibility at “Amp 150”. Corey will be the new restaurant operations manager at Chef Dean’s new restaurant in Cleveland, Ohio. Corey has been with the 3030 family for the last 5 years. In this time spent here, Corey started as a server and quickly made his way to becoming the assistant manager. He has made many lasting relationships with the Harbor Beach family as well as gained a large local following including the beach club members. He won the hearts of all the staff and co-workers with his fun-loving and warm sense of humor. He truly will be missed by all of us here. We wish him the best of luck on his new adventure in Ohio.

Try something brave!
Octopus is easy and tasty!
Summer time is the perfect weather for a great octopus salad and a nice glass of pinot grigio or rose. Pair it with some heirloom tomatoes and you have a dynamic duo. I know it looks complicated, but if you don't want to do the court bouillon, you can just use salted water. Goodluck!

Refreshing Florida Lychee Fizz!
Great for summer get togethers.
We are right in the middle of Florida lychee season, and this would be the time to feature this great fruit in your summer drinks. We have this as a non-alchol drink, but it's great if you shake some premium vodka in there. Have fun with it.
