Chef Paula off to a smokin' start!
Don't forget to tune in to Hells Kitchen.

In case you missed the premier episode of Fox’s hit reality show last week, we happily report that our own 3030 Ocean Chef de Cuisine, Paula DaSilva flew under the radar and completely escaped Gordon Ramsay’s fiery tongue. She gained his praise for her signature dish, kabocha squash soup, and then watched her competitors wilt in the intense heat.

Key West Pink Shrimp Tart
Keep your Valentines dinner light!

This is a great simple tart that has crunch and flavor without being heavy. It is elegant and pretty and will put a smile on your lovers face. It also is fairly simple to make which gives you more time to buy flowers and get the house ready for a romantic evening.
