Beware! This recipe will get you 10 plus years in Prison!
Interesting but Don't try this at home.
On a recent trip to Grand Cayman, I learned the local recipe for cooking Sea Turtle. This is an awesome experience and the flavor is even better. The Sea Turtle is protected in most countries and is only allowed in Cayman for small production to help fund their turtle farm which releases thousands of turtles into the wild. Try this in America and you will end up in jail...so feel free to sub in pork shoulder or snapper turtle. Enjoy!

A Great Sake drink!
Especially Good for the Sake Skeptic!
www.3030ocean.com
This simple sake cocktail will please those who don't even like the flavor of Sake. We use a domestic Sake out of Oregon by Momokawa, called Pearl. It is unfiltered and best served chilled. We blend it with this seasons best lemons and mint for a delicious cocktail that will keep them coming back for more. Try this for your next stir-fry or sushi party!

Try this Grouper with Red Pepper Pasta
Simple and Delicious
This recipe can be simple if you decide to buy the pasta, but I would suggest trying to make it at home. It's a great project for the kids over the weekend. I would suggest getting a Kitchen Aide mixer attachment for pasta making. It is simple to use and easy to clean. Click below for the recipe.
