Spicy Pumpkin Tini

Spicy Pumpkin Tini
Ingredients:-

2 ½ oz Premium Bourbon
1 ½ oz Fresh Pumpkin Puree
½ oz Cream
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
½ teaspoon of nutmeg
3 tablespoons of Sugar
Nutmeg to rim the glass

For Pumpkin Puree:-

Cut a small roasting pumpkin in half. Scoop out the seeds and rub the inside with butter. Sprinkle with nutmeg & cinnamon.
Bake the pumpkin face down in oven at 375 degrees for about 30 minutes. Let cool and then scoop out into blender with a 1/8 of a cup of water and sugar. Blend until smooth. Add more spice if necessary. Texture should be loose.

How to Make:-

Take Martini glass, rim with nutmeg and chill.
Put some ice cubes in a shaker.
Add Bourbon followed by pumpkin puree and cream.
Shake well and strain contents into the chilled Martini glass.
Serve.
