Basil and Passionfruit Martini
Let's cool off this falls warm weather!

Basil and Passion Fruit Martini

6 basil leaves
1 ounce of passion fruit puree
4 ounces of premium gin
½ lemon
Splash of simple syrup

In shaker muddle basil and lemons together. Add passion fruit, Gin, and simple syrup. Add ice to shaker and shake vigouroulsy for 15 seconds.
Strain into your favorite chilled martini glass (there will be bits of basil in there which is fine!) garnish with a small piece of basil on top and enjoy!
