Organizational Development (OD), once known as Staff and Organizational Development (SOD), is responsible for training you - our faculty, staff and administrators. District OD has some great programs for DCCCD employees. Our six professional development areas can help good employees become great employees. This system is a cyclical, year-round process designed to develop exceptional employees and provide supervisors with a structured process for monitoring and coaching performance.
