 Since DCCCD was founded more than 40 years ago, we’ve recruited and hired only the best faculty. About one-fourth of DCCCD’s full-time instructors have doctorates. All instructors who teach academic courses have a master’s degree. And instructors in our technical career training programs bring valuable, real-world experience and industry expertise into the classroom.
Compared to all community colleges in the state of Texas, salaries for DCCCD’s full-time faculty rank second, so we attract and keep the best. We’re proud of our instructors for the quality and commitment to teaching they bring into our classes and share with our students.
