Mountain View’s “big gym” occasionally has open hours; these are posted on the gym door.
Tennis courts can be used on a first-come, first-served basis. While MVC doesn’t have a formal jogging trail, there are several nice sidewalk areas where you can walk or jog.
North Lake College
North Lake’s fitness center is free during open hours to students taking P.E. classes. For other students, the fee is $45 for three months.

Students taking credit P.E. classes may use Richland’s Fitness Center free of charge. Students not currently taking P.E. classes can sign up to use the Fitness Center for $20 a month. For detailed information, including hours of operation, visit the Richland Fitness Center Web page.
Tennis courts are available on a first-come, first-served basis when classes are not in session; there’s no charge for credit students with an ID.
Richland’s pool is open:
- Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 1 p.m.-4:30 p.m.

The gym is open on a limited basis for free play, although the busy fall schedule means there aren’t many open hours.
