Got Financial Aid?
If you haven’t submitted a financial aid application yet, there’s still time – but be sure to complete your application as soon as possible. Start the process by completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) online.
If you’ve already turned in your application, you can log on to eConnect and find a variety of menu selections with information about financial aid awards. In eConnect, you can check financial aid application status for missing information requests, review financial aid awards, activate financial aid awards, select method of payment for refunds and select an eligible program of study.
Have questions? You’ll find answers to many Frequently Asked Questions about the financial aid application process on the DCCCD district Web site. In addition, the U.S. Department of Education has recently upgraded the pages on federal student aid information to provide future students with an early estimate of their eligibility for federal student financial assistance. Called FAFSA4caster, this service can help you make better decisions about your plans for college.
