The rosé sees increased popularity in the US market

Defining the place of rosé wines in the U.S. market is a challenge: there is no single statistic for rosés because the wines are so various, from ordinary California White Zinfandel to well-made complex vintage-dated wines like Ogier Heritage Rosé. (There are also many sparkling roses, including ultra-premium Champagnes.)

In general, we see a consumer shift toward well-made dry or semi-dry rosés like Gassier Sainte Victoire or Sables d'Azur: refreshing, light-bodied wines with lively pink color that have the fresh, fruity charm of youth and that give pleasure as an aperitif or as a companion to light entrees.
