What’s New at Compuquip Technologies

Wayne Burns has joined Compuquip Technologies as senior account manager. With more than 15 years of sales and operations-management experience, Wayne was most recently global business development manager of systems integration sales for The Siemon Company. Before this, he was general manager of North American sales with Emerson Electric. Wayne earned a master’s degree in business administration and a bachelor’s degree in sociology from Florida Atlantic University.

Arely Burns has joined Compuquip Technologies as an inside support specialist. Previously, she was an inside sales representative with Beyond ROI, a Florida consulting firm. Before this, she was a marketing assistant with Road Tours International, where she managed multi-city promotional campaigns. Arely earned a bachelor’s degree in fine arts from the University of Maryland.

Mythili Murthy has joined Compuquip Technologies as an inside support specialist. Previously, she provided a wide range of sales and customer support for System Solutions, a Northbrook, Ill.-based reseller of computer and network equipment. Before this, she was an administrative assistant for Chicago’s Universal Medical Center. Mythili has a bachelor’s degree in general science and an associate’s degree in computer science.

David Fulton has joined Compuquip Technologies as a senior network engineer. With more than a decade of IT industry experience, he was most recently a network manager with Techheavy Industries, an IT-services company in Pittsburgh. Before this, he was IT manager with Transportation Engineering in Lake Mary, Fla. David earned his bachelor’s degree in MIS/Finance from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. He is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) and also holds certifications from the Computing Technology Industry Association (CompTIA) and Novell.

Eddie Espino has joined Compuquip Technologies as a senior network engineer. Previously, he was a senior network and security consultant with Total Support, where he designed, implemented and secured local, wireless and VPN networks and configured and maintained network-server operating systems and client-server communications. Before this, he was a systems administrator with MedQuist.  Eddie is a Cisco Certified Network Associate and holds additional certifications as a Microsoft Professional, a Microsoft Systems Engineer and a Microsoft Professional + Internet.

Jorge Cremades has joined Compuquip Technologies as a senior network engineer. With more than a decade of IT experience, he was most recently vice president and chief technology officer with Eagle National Bank. Jorge earned an associate's degree in electronic engineering from Miami-Dade Community College and is certified as an AST, Hewlett-Packard and IBM technician.

Jose Fernandez has joined Compuquip Technologies as a field engineer. Previously, he was a Hewlett-Packard customer engineer with Alternative Resources, where he maintained HP, Compaq, Dell, IBM, Gateway and Texas Instruments hardware for enterprise clients. Before this, he was lead computer engineer with Dak Industries. Jose is a Microsoft Certified Professional and also holds certification from CompuTIA A+ and Net+.

Brad Koester has joined Compuquip Technologies as a network engineer. Previously, he was a computer/network manager with PST Computers in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., where he was responsible for implementing network-system components and troubleshooting, repairing and building computers, workstations and servers. Brad earned an associate's degree in computer engineering from Broward Community College and is a Microsoft Certified Professional, a Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator, a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and a Cisco Certified Network Associate.

Leonard Machin has joined Compuquip Technologies as a network engineer. Previously, he was a network manager with Christian Vision broadcasting in Florida. Before this, he was office manager with A Center for Dermatology. Leonard earned a bachelor’s degree in engineering from the Stevens Institute of Technology and is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and Administrator.

Nelson Roque II has joined Compuquip Technologies as a network engineer. He is certified as a ComTIA A+ computer technician and is currently earning Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and Cisco Certified Network Associate distinctions.
