What’s New at Compuquip Technologies

Mike Gavaghen has joined Compuquip Technologies as director of sales.  He was previously president of a sales-management and business-development consulting firm he founded.  Before this, he was director of sales with Fiber Plus Inc. located outside Washington, D.C. At Fiber Plus, Mike launched the company’s Network Services Division and was responsible for six operating units covering five states with revenue of more than $30 million.   An accomplished writer and public speaker, Mike attended New York University He has relocated to Weston, Fla., with his wife and two children.

Scott Twombley has joined Compuquip as a sales executive in the Internet Security Division. Previously, he was territory manager for an IT consultancy, where he was responsible for the sales of security and infrastructure technology to businesses in New England. Before this, he was a sales associate with ASK DataCommunications, a company that specializes in information security and remote access solutions for businesses.

Mike Marrochello has joined Compuquip as a senior systems engineer in the engineering department after relocating to Miami from the Boston area. He has extensive network engineering experience that includes designing, managing and migrating systems for government institutions and large enterprise businesses such as Fidelity, National Geographic, Lotus and FleetBoston Financial. He is also experienced in implementing and auditing security solutions. Mike is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE)and Cisco certified network professional (CCNP).  In addition, he holds certifications from Citrix, Novell and Lotus Notes.
