Many of you have already incorporated eLearning into your training and some of you would like to know more about it, or perhaps see how someone else has fared with an eLearningmodel. eLearning for us has evolved and is still evolving, but we had a plan behind its evolution, intelligent design, if you will. The dictionary definition of intelligent design is: “The order and complexity seen in nature.” Our definition of eLearning intelligent design is: “Where order and structured chaos can be the result of a great Learning Management System (LMS).”
