As an extended part of its annual Book-in-Common program, the Center for Scholarly and Civic Engagement will host guest speaker Dr. Danielle Lavin-Loucks, who will present Guns and Roses: The Relationship of Crime and Neighborhoods” 10-11:15 a.m., Tuesday, April 14, at the Spring Creek Campus Conference Center.
