The heat is on: Salsa Stand-Off cooks at Spring Creek
The second annual Salsa Stand-Off hosted a crowd of students, staff and faculty Feb. 12 in the Spring Creek Campus atrium.

A number of local eateries partcipated in addition to a number of amateur entries.

More than 300 students, faculty and staff attended the second annual event.
