Salsa Stand-Off heats up

Whether you like your salsa mild, hot or (gulp!) inferno, the Salsa Stand Off is coming.

 

This year’s event is scheduled from 3-4:30 p.m., Tuesday, Feb. 12, at the Spring Creek Campus Atrium.

 

The event is free.

 

Salsa samples will be available from amateur cooks and local restaurants. Attendees are encouraged to attend and vote for the People’s Choice for mild, hot, inferno and miscellaneous categories.

 

Door prizes will be doled out, entertainment available and the All College Council will host a bake sale.
