Enrich yourself: Seminars make a better you

Counseling Services is offering a seminar series at Preston Ridge Campus on several personal enrichment topics including assertiveness, self-esteem, and stress management. Faculty are encouraged to promote these unique and life skills-oriented opportunities to students.

 

Coping Skills/Managing Your Emotions

 

Do you feel uncomfortable with emotions? Do you have difficulty expressing emotions? Do you miss out on various aspects of life? Learn how to manage emotions and cope in a healthy way. 10-11 a.m., Monday, Nov. 5, Preston Ridge Campus, Founders Hall, Room F150.

 

Stress Management/Text Anxiety

 

For students who feel overwhelmed with stress and test taking, learn how stress is good and how perfectionism and procrastination are tied to stress at 3:30-4:30 p.m., Monday, Nov. 12, Preston Ridge Campus, Founders Hall, Room F150.
