Write on: Centers help students put pen to paper
Collin College Writing Centers are available to all students seeking to get an upper hand on their writing skills.

Among other things, the centers will help students understand assignments, generate ideas, formulate theses, organize essays, overcome grammar problems, learn to revise, understand errors, compose university admissions essays and find resources.

The centers on the Spring Creek and Preston Ridge campuses are open Monday-Thursday, 9 a.m.-8 p.m. and Friday, 9 a.m.-5 p.m. At the Central Park Campus, the center is open from 9 a.m.-8 p.m., Monday-Thursday and 9 a.m.-1 p.m., on Friday.

Walk-ins are welcome, but priority is given to students with appointments. Same-day appointments are available between 11 a.m.-2 p.m. at the Spring Creek Campus only.
