Recognition Book makes a move to cyberspace

Collin College is finding a new and convenient way to keep track of the many accomplishments of its faculty, staff and students.

The Recognition Book, the annual publication handed out at the fall All College Day, is now online at www.ccccd.edu/recognitionbook.

In this new format, faculty, staff and students are encouraged to submit any and all accomplishments -- awards, presentations, milestones, published articles, et al. -- to Mark Robinson at mrobinson@ccccd.edu.

In short order, those submissions will be posted to the online Recognition Book for everyone with a computer and Internet connection to see. The page will be updated as submissions come in.

Accordingly, fewer trees will be cut as the printed version will no longer be done and the online version makes it instantaneous and convenient.

Send in your submissions today.
