Student News
Nick Clifford and Rishu Yadav won the national championship in doubles play at the National Junior College Athletic Association’s national tournament at Collin College. Manual Carrette and Samon Samili were the runners-up. The Collin College men’s tennis team took fifth at the national tournament.

Collin College's award-winning Guitar Large Ensemble led by professor Enric Madriguera was the opening act at Eastfield College's Guitar Festival on June 8.

The National Association of Legal Assistants, Inc. announced that Amy L. Stacy, a December 2006 graduate of the Collin College paralegal program, has successfully completed the two-day Certified Legal Assistant examination and is now entitled to use the “CLA” or “CP” professional credential. Amy L. Stacy is among 2,779 legal assistants in the State of Texas and 14,143 legal assistants nationwide who have attained this goal. Stacy currently works for Robertson and Railsback, a well-respected Dallas family law firm.
