Hot, hot, hot: Salsa Stand-Off peppers Spring Creek Campus
Salsa from Frank's Sports Grill, winner of the people's choice award for hot salsa .
'Twas a chilly day outside, but inside the Spring Creek Campus atrium, the heat was really turned up.

The college hosted its first-ever Salsa Stand-Off -- a culinary exhibition featuring the hottest, mildest and most unique concoctions from individual recipes to chain restaurants showcasing their condiments.

Also featured were salsa dancers from the Collin Dance Ensemble, the All College Council bake sale, music and more. But the salsa was the star of this show.

For more photos by Nick Young from the event, visit the web gallery.
