Rockin' the Ridge features food, music, artsy activities

The fourth annual Rockin’ the Ridge is scheduled for 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m., Wednesday, Oct. 4, at the Preston Ridge Campus in Frisco.

This event is an opportunity for faculty and students to meet and enjoy a hot dog or veggie burger and listen to the student and faculty band. In addition, a DJ will be on hand, and there will be giveaways, including an iPod.

Other activities include the Andy Warhol student painting, a drum circle event, Segway demonstrations, a faculty scavenger hunt and much more. The Collin Dance Ensemble will perform.
