Cougar photo contest ends
Manny Pena, Collin student, won the Cougar News Collin on Vacation photo contest. Pena took a stuffed cougar with him on his summer Hawaiian cruise. He will receive a $75 scholarship to any Collin bookstore for books and supplies.
