Quick Facts
Collin administered the Noel Levitz Student Satisfaction Inventory to a random sample of its students during spring 2006. The survey measures student satisfaction and the importance students attach to various college services. The composite satisfaction scores for the following college services are listed in the order of importance attributed to them by students. On a scale of 1 to 7, the mean satisfaction scores for Collin students are compared with national data for other community, junior and technical colleges. If the difference between Collin scores and the comparison group is a positive number, Collin students are more satisfied than the comparison group; if it is a negative number, Collin students are less satisfied.
