Horns fans can count on Capital Metro to get them to the game. Capital Metro is working with The University of Texas at Austin to provide the Longhorns Express to Darrell K. Royal Texas Memorial Stadium for the remainder of the 2009 football season.

There are two pick up locations: Barton Creek Mall, near Dillard’s and the Intramural Fields parking lot, at Guadalupe and 51st street. Both routes will get you within short walking distance to the stadium. Individual round trip prices are $8.

The shuttles are not the only way to get to the game. Capital Metro has several regular routes that stop near the stadium. A one-way trip costs only 75 cents; or buy a day pass for $1.50.

Capital Metro has fully complied with the Federal Transit Administration's charter regulations and is able to provide the shuttle service because no eligible private charter companies were able to provide the service.
