Featured Product: Domaine Pinnacle Ice Apple Wine

Camus is pleased to announce the U.S. launch of Domaine Pinnacle Ice Apple Wine, a delicious new alternative to ice wines, or Sauternes.

Award-winning and critically acclaimed, Pinnacle Ice Apple Wine is produced from a select blend of hand-picked apples that are harvested after the first frost and pressed at the beginning of winter. The juice freezes over the winter months then slowly ferments. More than 80 apples go into the making of every 375 ml bottle!

Rich, golden and full-bodied in the glass, Pinnacle Ice Apple Wine has an appealing mellow flavor and clean, distinct taste of apples that builds from its smooth, velvety start to its well-balanced finish. Enjoy it as an aperitif, with dessert, with fine cheeses or on its own to end a perfect meal.

Camus Makes a Splash in New York City, Miami Beach

Camus helped to celebrate the opening-night cabaret performance of Emmy Award-winning soap-opera star Eileen Fulton at the Iridium Jazz Club in New York City. Guests of the sold-out show sipped on cocktails of Camus’ Josephine and champagne named “The Bad Girl” to honor Fulton’s distinction as the first “bad girl” of daytime television in her role of Lisa Miller on As the World Turns. Following the performance at the Iridium, guests took home miniature bottles of Josephine.

and Emmy Award-winning soap-opera actress Eileen Fulton

As a proud sponsor of the 4th annual South Beach Food & Wine Festival, Camus will pair Josephine and Borderies XO with desserts at 12 signature dinners created by award-wining chefs, including Charlie Trotter, Daniel Boulud, Emeril Lagasse, Nobu Matsuhisa and Norman Van Aken. Dinner guests will take home complimentary cognac glasses and miniature bottles of Josephine, while participating chefs will receive full-size gift bottles. Taste, Experience Camus at Patina Los Angeles

Located in downtown L.A.'s landmark Walt Disney Concert Hall, Patina is a dining experience worthy of an encore. Executive Chef Theo Schoenegger and his culinary team have created a contemporary California menu that satisfies the senses. The menu changes daily with options that include appetizers of osetra caviar with blini and a lemony crème fraîche and a main course of côte de boeuf with aged balsamico, carved tableside and served with a mushroom ragout. For dessert, the caramelized banana en croute almond nougat glace with banana ice cream and amaretto reduction is a show-stopper. Complementing the meal are more than 1,500 wines and spirits, including Camus' cognacs, carefully selected by master sommelier Eric Espuny, previously with New York’s Lutèce and Le Bernardin.

Patina is open for lunch and dinner Mondays through Fridays. For reservations, call (213) 972-3331.
