Created in 1913 by Edmond Camus to celebrate the House of Camus’ 50th anniversary, Jubilée embodies the spirit of luxury and elegance. The aromas of leather and cedar wood give way to an exuberant taste accented by hints of oak and honey. The deep amber, golden speckled blend is presented in a rare avant-garde Baccarat crystal decanter created by French designer Serge Manceau.

 

Camus Cognacs Enjoyed by Consumers in Atlanta, Chicago, New York

Camus’ premium cognacs continue to be the talk and toast of the town at social events in the United States. Fifty boat buyers at the recent Atlanta Boat Show celebrated their purchases the “Camus way” with beautifully packaged bottles of Joséphine. In Chicago, the who’s who of the financial industry and their guests enjoyed Joséphine and Jubilée at the 100 Women in Hedge Funds benefit at the Gold Coast Bentley showroom. And in the Big Apple, more than 350 food and spirits lovers sipped Joséphine and Borderies XO at the American Heart Association’s annual Chefs with Heart gala.

Enjoying Cognac: Classic Cocktails



Cognac has long been considered the ideal after-dinner drink for sipping and savoring at one’s leisure. However, as the popularity of this golden spirit increases, so does its appearance before and during meals – enjoyed alone or mixed in classic and original cocktails.

Cuvée Cooler

  • Mix 2 oz. Camus Cuvée with 8 oz. chilled ginger ale.

Side Car

  • Blend 1 ½ oz. Camus Grand VSOP, ¾ oz. lemon juice and ¾ oz. Cointreau. Shake well.


Sparkling Joséphine

  • 2 oz. of Camus Joséphine
  • 1 oz. of maraschino liqueur
  • 1 oz. of Cointreau
  • 1 dash of fresh lemon juice
  • Orange twist 
  • 1 oz. of champagne

Shake all ingredients except the champagne in a tall shaker filled with ice. Strain and pour into a cold martini glass. Top with champagne to the brim. Garnish with an orange twist.
