Enjoying Cognac: Classic Cocktails
 Cognac has long been considered the ideal after-dinner drink for sipping and savoring at one’s leisure. However, as the popularity of this golden spirit increases, so does its appearance before and during meals – enjoyed alone or mixed in classic and original cocktails.
Cuvée Cooler
- Mix 2 oz. Camus Cuvée with 8 oz. chilled ginger ale.

Side Car
- Blend 1 ½ oz. Camus Grand VSOP, ¾ oz. lemon juice and ¾ oz. Cointreau. Shake well.
Sparkling Joséphine
- 2 oz. of Camus Joséphine
- 1 oz. of maraschino liqueur
- 1 oz. of Cointreau
- 1 dash of fresh lemon juice
- Orange twist
- 1 oz. of champagne
Shake all ingredients except the champagne in a tall shaker filled with ice. Strain and pour into a cold martini glass. Top with champagne to the brim. Garnish with an orange twist.
